I got my order in the mail today. I must admit i got pretty upset when the first delivery was a mistake. Turns out, the stamper we ordered got switched with another order. But, it totally surprised me when the customer service got back to me promptly by email and notified me that a new one will be made and will be delivered soon. The great thing about online business is one's ability to provide timely and meaningful feedback. And i really appreciate it!!! Thanks so much...i will definitely be back soon with more orders.
