How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders received before 4PM ET, Monday – Friday are typically processed the same day.Orders received outside of that will be processed the next business day.

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the nature of the items sold on this website, we do not accept returns for the health and safety of our warehouse staff and customers, unless the item is defective.

Our standard warranty is 30-days from the date of receipt of the item.

Please contact us should you have a defective item. Include your order number, date of purchase, description of the problem with the item and photo to support the issue when applicable.  Customer service will review, making a decision whether the item is indeed defective.  If customer service makes the determination that the item is defective, we may provide for a replacement item or refund, a decision made solely by GVSX LLC. In the event a refund is issued, shipping and tax will not be included; only the purchase price of the item, less any discounts. In the event a replacement item is provided, shipping will be via USPS Ground or Parcel Select. Proof of the original item destruction shall be required prior to refund or replacement once customer service has made a determination. 

Do You Deliver Outside the USA?

At this time we deliver only to the United States and Puerto Rico. Delivery is done using US Postal Service or UPS in discrete packages.

What Do Your Packages Look Like?

All packages are delivered in nondescript packaging. The address label includes “GVSX” for the return address. No logos or other identifiable information is included about what the package contents include.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept payment using credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal and Apple Pay.

What Other Products Do You Sell?

We specialize in online adult oriented products including lingerie and adult toys.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order Once Placed?

When you place your order on our website, we automatically send the order to our warehouse or warehouse partners. Once the order is submitted to the warehouse we cannot cancel the order and it will be shipped to the address used when the order was placed.

Once the ordered item(s) leave our warehouse, we cannot accept returns (see above) for health and safety reasons.
